The Mix
“I've Got a Crush on You" by Ella Fitzgerald was always going to be our first dance song after Nicole shared it with Christian within their first month of dating.
You will always find us slow dancing when this song plays — "I Only Have Eyes for You" by The Flamingos.
Etta James said it right when she asked for "A Sunday Kind of Love" — the type of love we hold dear.
This tune played as we left the altar on our wedding day. It's from one of our favorite film trilogies — The Lord of the Rings. Enjoy the joyful sounds of Paul Hankinson's cover of "Concerning Hobbits."
"City of Lovers" says it all. This beautiful, blissful instrumental reminds us of one of our other favorite film series — James Bond 007.
Christian has successfully shared his love of musicals and disco, with "Voulez-Vous" from the Mamma Mia! soundtrack being at the top of his list!
Disco reigns true! This is one of Christian's must-dance-to songs — "Tragedy" by the Bee Gees.
"Crocodile Rock" by Elton John is what Nicole calls her "summer song."
"Let's Groove" by Earth, Wind & Fire is the song we listen to while driving down the Garden State Parkway heading to the shore.
"Fooled Around and Fell in Love" by Elvin Bishop is known nowadays due to Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy films. Going to the movies together to see the newest Marvel movie is how we became friends, and eventually became more.
"Love Me" by Elvis Presley — now that is how you finish a playlist.
